ကျွန်တော် တို့ဝန်ထမ်းခန့်ထားရေးအဖွဲ့ သည် လုပ်ငန်းအတွင်း လူမှန် နေရာမှန် (right person) ရွေးချယ်ခန့်ထားနိုင်ရေးသာဖြစ်သည်။ထိုသို့ရွေးချယ်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ဝန်ထမ်းရွေးချယ်ခန့်ထားရေး အင်တာဗျူးသည် ယုံကြည်အားထားလောက်သော (reliable) ခိုင်လုံသော(Valid) အင်တာဗျူးဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
ဘာကြောင့်လဲဆို တော့ နေရာမှန် လူမှန် ရွေးချယ် ခန့်ထားနိုင်ရေးမရှိလျှင် ရလဒ်မှာ အလုပ်တွင်လူမမြဲခြင်းသာဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အလုပ်တွင်လူမမြဲလျှင် မိမိ၏လုပ်ငန်း ရှင်သန်နိုင်ဖွယ်ရာ မရှိသောကြောင့် ဖြစ်သည်။
Our goal is to employment the right person in the business. Our HR team interview must be Reliable and Valid.
The reason is " we could not get the reliable partners in our business if the team could not employment the right persons". The result is that our biz will not be longer available if we could not get the reliable person.
