Key Responsibilities
Installation: Pull, route, and dress copper (CAT5e/6/6A) and fiber optic cables through pathways (conduits, J-hooks, racks).
Termination: Terminate cables with connectors (RJ45, LC, SC, ST) and install patch panels, jacks, and network hardware.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Use testers (e.g., Fluke) to certify cable performance, identify faults, and resolve issues.
Infrastructure: Build and organize IT closets, install support structures, and manage cable labeling/documentation.
Related Systems: Install and cable access control devices, IP cameras, wireless access points (WAPs), and TV/internet equipment.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks, repairs, and upgrades on existing systems.
Documentation: Complete service orders, timesheets, and other required paperwork.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Reading blueprints/schematics, basic electronics, low-voltage wiring, fiber optics, networking fundamentals.
Tools: Proficient with hand/power tools, cable testers, crimpers, punch-down tools, etc..
Physical: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work at heights (ladders/poles), and in confined spaces.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, teamwork, attention to detail, and work ethic.
Certifications (Optional): BICSI Installer (INST1/INST2), Fluke Certified, Manufacturer-specific certifications.
Work Environment
Varies (offices, construction sites, residential), can involve irregular hours, overtime, and travel.

စမ်းသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းခြင်း- ကေဘယ်လ်စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုရန်၊ ချို့ယွင်းချက်များကို ဖော်ထုတ်ရန်နှင့် ပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်းရန် စမ်းသပ်ကိရိယာများ (ဥပမာ Fluke) ကို အသုံးပြုပါ။
အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံ-IT Rack များကို တည်ဆောက်ပြီး စီစဉ်ပါ၊ အထောက်အပံ့ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံများကို တပ်ဆင်ပါ၊ ကေဘယ်လ်တံဆိပ်ကပ်ခြင်း/စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပါ။
ဆက်စပ်စနစ်များ- ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ထိန်းချုပ်ကိရိယာများ၊ IP ကင်မရာများ၊ ကြိုးမဲ့ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်အမှတ်များ (WAP) နှင့် တီဗီ/အင်တာနက်ပစ္စည်းများကို တပ်ဆင်ပါ။
ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း- ရှိပြီးသားစနစ်များတွင် ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေးမှုများ၊ ပြုပြင်မှုများနှင့် အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်မှုများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပါ။
စာရွက်စာတမ်း- ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအမိန့်များ၊ အချိန်ဇယားများနှင့် အခြားလိုအပ်သောစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို ပြီးမြောက်အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်ပါ။
ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုနှင့် အရည်အချင်းများ
နည်းပညာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများ- ပုံစံငယ်များ/ပုံစံကြမ်းများ ဖတ်ရှုခြင်း၊ အခြေခံအီလက်ထရွန်းနစ်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ ဗို့အားနည်းဝါယာကြိုးများ၊ ဖိုက်ဘာအော့ပတစ်များ၊ ကွန်ရက်အခြေခံများ။
ကိရိယာများ- လက်/ပါဝါကိရိယာများ၊ ကေဘယ်လ်စမ်းသပ်ကိရိယာများ၊ ညှပ်ကိရိယာများ၊ punch-down ကိရိယာများ စသည်တို့ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ- လေးလံသောပစ္စည်းများကို မနိုင်၊ အမြင့် (လှေကားများ/တိုင်များ) နှင့် ကျဉ်းကျပ်သောနေရာများတွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့သောကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများ- ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်း၊ ဆက်သွယ်ရေး၊ ဖောက်သည်ဝန်ဆောင်မှု၊ အဖွဲ့လိုက်လုပ်ဆောင်မှု၊ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်မှုနှင့် အလုပ်ကျင့်ဝတ်ကောင်းမွန်မှု။
အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်များ (ရွေးချယ်နိုင်သည်)- BICSI တပ်ဆင်သူ (INST1/INST2)၊ Fluke အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်၊ ထုတ်လုပ်သူ-သီးသန့်အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်များ။
