၁။ လက်မှတ်များ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်

Royal AI ပလက်ဖောင်းပေါ်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော သင်တန်းများ၊ စစ်ဆေးအကဲဖြတ်မှုများ (Assessments) သို့မဟုတ် လေ့ကျင့်ရေးအစီအစဉ်များကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးမြောက်သော သင်ယူသူများအား Royal AI မှ သင်တန်းပြီးမြောက်ကြောင်း လက်မှတ် (Certificate of Completion) များ ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။

ဤလက်မှတ်များသည် Royal AI မှ ပေးအပ်သော ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများတွင် ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပြီး အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးမြောက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း အသိအမှတ်ပြုရန်အတွက်သာ ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

၂။ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ခရက်ဒစ် (Academic Credit) မဟုတ်ခြင်း

Royal AI မှ အထူးဖော်ပြထားခြင်းမရှိပါက ထုတ်ပေးသော လက်မှတ်များသည် -

  • တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့၊ ဒီပလိုမာ သို့မဟုတ် ပညာရေးဘွဲ့အရည်အချင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။

  • မည်သည့် တက္ကသိုလ်၊ ကောလိပ် သို့မဟုတ် ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းမှ Academic Credit ကို မပေးအပ်ပါ။

  • အစိုးရ သို့မဟုတ် ပညာရေးအာဏာပိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ အသိအမှတ်ပြုမှု (Accreditation) ကို ကိုယ်စားမပြုပါ။

၃။ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း လိုင်စင် သို့မဟုတ် အသိအမှတ်ပြု လက်မှတ် မဟုတ်ခြင်း

Royal AI မှ ထုတ်ပေးသော လက်မှတ်များသည် -

  • မည်သည့် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း လိုင်စင် (Professional License) ကိုမျှ မပေးအပ်ပါ။

  • ဥပဒေအရ ထိန်းချုပ်ထားသော အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခွင့် မပေးပါ။

  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အာဏာပိုင်များမှ ထုတ်ပေးရမည့် လက်မှတ်များ၊ မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းများ၊ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်များ သို့မဟုတ် လိုင်စင်များကို အစားထိုးမပေးနိုင်ပါ။

အသုံးပြုသူများအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့၏ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း၊ စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်း သို့မဟုတ် ဥပဒေသက်ရောက်ရာ နယ်မြေအလိုက် လိုအပ်သော အရည်အချင်းများ ရှိ/မရှိကို ကိုယ်တိုင် စစ်ဆေးရန် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။

၄။ အလုပ်အကိုင် အာမခံချက် မရှိခြင်း

သင်တန်းတစ်ခုကို ပြီးမြောက်၍ လက်မှတ်ရရှိခြင်းသည် အောက်ပါအချက်များကို အာမခံမပေးပါ -

  • အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်း ရရှိခြင်း

  • အလုပ်နေရာ ချထားပေးခြင်း

  • ရာထူးတိုးမြှင့်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် လစာတိုးမြှင့်ခြင်း

  • အလုပ်ရှင်များမှ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းဆိုင်ရာ အသိအမှတ်ပြုခြင်း

  • ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများသို့ ဝင်ခွင့်ရရှိခြင်း

အလုပ်အကိုင်နှင့် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းဆိုင်ရာ ရလဒ်များသည် သင်တန်းပြီးမြောက်မှုတစ်ခုတည်းအပေါ် မမူတည်ဘဲ အခြားအချက်များစွာပေါ် မူတည်ပါသည်။

၅။ လက်မှတ်များ စိစစ်အတည်ပြုခြင်း

Royal AI သည် အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများတွင် လက်မှတ်များကို စိစစ်ခြင်း၊ ပြန်လည်ရုပ်သိမ်းခြင်း၊ ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုရန် ငြင်းဆိုခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည် -

  • လိမ်လည်မှုနည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် ရယူထားခြင်း

  • စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဆိုင်ရာ အမှားကြောင့် ထုတ်ပေးမိခြင်း

  • စာမေးပွဲလိမ်လည်ခြင်း၊ မူပိုင်ခွင့်ချိုးဖောက်ကူးယူခြင်း (Plagiarism) သို့မဟုတ် ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ စည်းကမ်းဖောက်ဖျက်မှုများဖြင့် ရရှိထားခြင်း

  • ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်း၊ အတုအယောင်ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် မှားယွင်းဖော်ပြခြင်း

၆။ လက်မှတ်အချက်အလက် တိကျမှန်ကန်မှု

သင်ယူသူများသည် လက်မှတ်မထုတ်ပေးမီ မိမိတို့၏ အကောင့်အချက်အလက်များ မှန်ကန်ကြောင်း သေချာစေရန် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။

အသုံးပြုသူမှ ပေးထားသော အချက်အလက်များ မှားယွင်းမှုကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော အမှားများအတွက် Royal AI တွင် တာဝန်မရှိပါ။

၇။ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် လက်မှတ်များ

လက်မှတ်များကို အီလက်ထရွန်နစ်ပုံစံ (Digital Format) ဖြင့် ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ပြီး အောက်ပါအချက်များ ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည် -

  • သင်ယူသူအမည်

  • သင်တန်းအမည်

  • သင်တန်းပြီးမြောက်သည့် ရက်စွဲ

  • လက်မှတ် အမှတ်စဉ် (Certificate Identification Number)

  • လိုအပ်ပါက အတည်ပြုစစ်ဆေးနိုင်သည့် အချက်အလက်များ

Royal AI သည် လက်မှတ်ဒီဇိုင်း၊ ပုံစံနှင့် အတည်ပြုစနစ်များကို မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို ပြောင်းလဲခွင့် ရှိပါသည်။

၈။ တာဝန်ယူမှု ကန့်သတ်ချက်

Royal AI သည် အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများမှ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော တောင်းဆိုမှုများ၊ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများ၊ နစ်နာမှုများ သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးဆက်များအတွက် တာဝန်မယူပါ -

  • အလုပ်အကိုင် သို့မဟုတ် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များအတွက် လက်မှတ်ကို မှီခိုအသုံးပြုခြင်း

  • အလုပ်ရှင်များ၊ ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ သို့မဟုတ် စည်းမျဉ်းထိန်းသိမ်းရေး အာဏာပိုင်များမှ လက်မှတ်ကို လက်မခံခြင်း

  • လက်မှတ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုမှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ တတိယပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များ

Royal AI may issue Certificates of Completion to learners who successfully complete designated courses, assessments, or training programs available on the Platform.

2. No Academic Credit

Unless expressly stated otherwise, certificates issued by Royal AI:

  • Do not constitute academic degrees or diplomas.
  • Do not provide academic credit from any university, college, or educational institution.
  • Do not represent accreditation by any governmental or educational authority.

3. No Professional License or Certification

Certificates issued by Royal AI:

  • Do not grant professional licenses.
  • Do not authorize the holder to practice any regulated profession.
  • Do not replace legally required certifications, registrations, permits, or licenses issued by competent authorities.

Users are responsible for determining whether additional qualifications are required for their profession, industry, or jurisdiction.

4. No Employment Guarantee

Completion of a course and receipt of a certificate do not guarantee:

  • Employment opportunities.
  • Job placement.
  • Promotion or salary increases.
  • Professional recognition by employers.
  • Admission to educational institutions.

Employment and career outcomes depend on various factors beyond course completion.

5. Verification of Certificates

Royal AI reserves the right to verify, revoke, invalidate, or refuse recognition of certificates that have been:

  • Obtained through fraudulent means.
  • Issued due to administrative error.
  • Earned through cheating, plagiarism, or academic misconduct.
  • Altered, modified, or misrepresented.

6. Certificate Accuracy

Learners are responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate before certificate issuance.

Royal AI is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by users.

7. Digital Certificates

Certificates may be issued in electronic format and may include:

  • Learner name
  • Course title
  • Completion date
  • Certificate identification number
  • Verification details, where applicable

Royal AI reserves the right to change certificate designs, formats, and verification methods at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Royal AI shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or consequences arising from:

  • Reliance on a certificate for employment or professional purposes.
  • Rejection of a certificate by employers, institutions, or regulatory authorities.
  • Decisions made by third parties regarding the recognition of certificates.
