1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Royal AI ("Platform"), including all online courses, training materials, educational content, assessments, certificates, and related services.
1.2 By accessing or using Royal AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1.3 Royal AI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform and become effective upon publication.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and independently use the Platform.
2.2 Users under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4.3 Royal AI may modify, update, replace, or discontinue any course or content at its discretion.
5. Payments and Refunds

5.2 All fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Refund requests shall be handled in accordance with Royal AI's Refund Policy.

6.1 All content available on the Platform, including videos, presentations, documents, assessments, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to NYANNOVATION and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, record, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorization.
6.3 Any downloaded materials are provided solely for personal educational use unless otherwise stated.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
a. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
b. Share login credentials with other individuals;
c. Copy, record, distribute, or resell course content;
d. Upload malicious software, malware, viruses, or harmful code;
e. Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
f. Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users, instructors, or staff;
g. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data associated with the Platform.
8. User-Generated Content
8.1 Users may submit assignments, comments, discussion posts, feedback, or other content.
8.2 You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant Royal AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and process such content for educational and operational purposes.
8.3 Royal AI reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Certificates
9.1 Royal AI may issue certificates of completion for eligible courses.
9.2 Certificates are provided solely as evidence of course completion and do not guarantee employment, professional certification, licensing, or academic credit.
9.3 Royal AI reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through misconduct, plagiarism, cheating, or fraudulent activity.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Royal AI respects the privacy of its users and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.3 Royal AI implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information.
11. Service Availability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Royal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
13.2 Royal AI's total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service during the preceding twelve months.
14. Suspension and Termination
14.1 Royal AI may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
14.2 Upon termination, access to purchased courses, subscriptions, and services may be restricted or removed subject to applicable law and policies.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Myanmar.
