- The Monthly Maintenance Service Contract of End-point system (MSCEp) period are 3 months at lease.
2. This offer doesn’t include the scope of work is that New/Existing Server, Network Connectivity, File Server and centralized systems like as core, distributed and access layer of IT infrastructure.
ပုံမှန် Monthly Maintenance Service ကမ်းလှမ်းချက်တွင် Server တပ်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ သတင်းအချက် အလက်နည်းပညာ နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော စနစ် အသစ်များ တပ်ဆင်သည့် အလုပ်/ လုပ်ကွက်များ ပါဝင် ခြင်း မရှိပါ။
3. We will respond the service and delivery of contract within 7 days from confirmation.
စာချုပ်ဖြင့်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းသောဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသည့်လုပ်ငန်း စတင်မှု အား ခုနှစ် ရက်အတွင်း တာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။
4. We do not any warranty and duty on illegal software license uses and its data integrity issue for customers.
ခိုးကူးထားသော၊ တရားမဝင် Softwareများ သုံး ခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ကိစ္စရပ်အမျိုးမျိုး နှင့်
စာချုပ်ဖြင့်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းသောဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသည့်လုပ်ငန်း စတင်မှု အား ခုနှစ် ရက်အတွင်း တာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။

ဒေတာများ ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုကို တာဝန်မယူပါ။
5. This is your own risk if you are using unlicensed software which may be penalty to your company when software vendor may audit to your organization.
Software Company မှ မူပိုင်ခွင့် နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော စာရင်းစစ်များ လာရောက်ပြီး စစ်ဆေးခြင်းများ

ရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့ပါသော်ကြောင့် ခိုးကူးထားသော၊ တရားမဝင် Softwareများ သုံးစွဲခြင်း၏ မူပိုင်ခွင့်၊
လိုက်စင် (Licensing) နှင့် ပတ်သတ်သည့် ကိစ္စအဝဝအတွက် မိတ်ဟောင်း/မိတ်သစ်များ မိမိဆန္ဒအလျောက် ရယူသုံးစွဲခြင်းအပေါ် NYANNOVATION Company မှ တာဝန်ယူ/တာဝန်ခံခြင်းမလုပ်ပါ။
6. We defined that this is an extra charges if the day of standard service/complaint is expired or over.
သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အကြိမ်/နေ့ရက် ထက်ကျော်လွန်ခြင်းရှိပါက ဝန်ဆောင်ခ ထပ်မံ ကောက်ခံပါမည်။
